Welcome to Echo Voice Journal. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading or using Echo, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Echo is an AI-powered voice journaling application that lets you record your thoughts by voice and engage with them through an AI chat assistant. The AI assistant can access the journal entries and context you've logged in the app — such as your recent recordings, transcriptions, and mood notes — so that its responses are relevant to you, not generic.
Echo does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and in your own private iCloud storage.
Echo is a personal journaling and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
By downloading, installing, or using Echo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Echo. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. By using Echo, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Echo does not require registration, an email address, or a password. The app works without creating an account.
Your data is tied to your device and your Apple ID (via iCloud). If you change devices, restore your iCloud backup, or lose access to your Apple ID, you may lose access to your data. We are not able to recover data stored in your iCloud on your behalf.
